Minimum qualifications:

A. Graduated from a regionally accredited college or university or New York State Board of Regents accredited college with a high school diploma or higher in computer science or a closely related field and two (2) years of work experience, or part thereof, equivalent time in analysis, examination and implementation of web design and development; or,

B. Graduated from a regionally recognized college or university or New York State Board of Regents accredited college with a degree in computer science or a closely related field and four (4) years of professional experience or part-time equivalent in the analysis, testing and implementation of web design and development; or,

C. Six (6) years of professional experience or part-time equivalent analyzing, reviewing, and implementing web design and development.

Note: Certification as a valid professional webmaster, web designer, web developer, web administrator or a closely related professional certification can replace one (1) year of professional experience as stated above.
