CreativeRace has appointed Malcolm Slade as SEO Director to lead its integrated service offering while the senior team continues to grow.
Slade joins from Jaywing where he led the agency’s SEO endeavors for more than 15 years, supporting leading brands including Virgin Holidays, Pets at Home and Ann Summers.
He becomes the youngest of the key employees at CreativeRace and marks the transition of the independent agency to a fully integrated approach – which includes branding, creative and digital marketing. This is also achieved through the introduction of a new social and PR feature through CreativeRace.
Commenting on his attitude, Slade said, “When I read that Rob Shaw was taking over the helm at CreativeRace, I thought the time was right for a change and a new challenge. The agency has such a long history of working with some big brands and the opportunity to play a key role in expanding their capabilities was not to be missed. We have big plans for the future. “

CreativeRace was recently confirmed as a Prolific Partner and will support Prolific North in launching new projects and working on further ways to help creatively and digitally. There will also be a roundtable coming soon, bringing together brand CMOs and marketing managers to discuss how brand-agency relationships can be built. This is based on recent research into whether brands are loyal to their agencies.
